CZ131 (CW606N)

CZ131 (CW606N) is a riveting and turning brass consisting of a duplex phase structure with a fine dispersion of lead particles. The alloy offers good strength and ductility with a high general corrosion resistance. The copper content of this alloy is still sufficiently high to provide reasonable cold heading and forming properties, while the lead content provides good machinability.

CZ131 (CW606N) is typically used in the production of headed components and is the ideal choice for components requiring forming and machining.
